Floors and tables were dirty Air conditioning only in main entranceThe flies well there's more inside than outside When customer's stood at the counter wanting to be served none of the staff instructed them to use the self service kiosk. They were completely ignoredThese customers are the older generation and should be able to order how they want, some don't understand technology
Small area and relies on you entering your own order so it was quite busy and crowded when I was there. Food good!
Slow to receive service. Then was take to kiosk to order but kiosk didn't have what i wanted to order so ended up ordering something different. Meal had pickles on which i had ordered without. Table wasn't clean. Parents toilets weren't clean. Manager was yelling at kitchen staff to "hurry the hell up" food was good quality service very poor
Very ordinary food very Slap Happy Together too much talking by the kids behind the counter about what they done during the week and over the weekend you go there to buy something to eat you don't want to have to listen to what they did during the week or on the weekend also notice a lot of young ones just standing around not happy with my last meal which was a Big Mac when it was opened all of it was pushed to the side of the bun had to pull it apart to eat it a ridiculous better off going to the pit stop for a decent hamburger
The people out the back were very kind and this one nice gentleman called Patrick (could see it on his name badge), personally came out of the kitchen to clarify my special request and made the burger perfectly. This was unexpected for a McDonald's and really brightened my day up. Once again, very good customer service and very impressed by the kitchen staff.
