Excellent spot. Facilities are vreat. Dated but spotless . Kitchen well set up. Gardens lovely .will definitely stay again.

I stayed in a 'dog' room for 3 nights, $390 in total. (1 person and 2 dog in a cabin). When I called to book I was advised there was an extra charge in the price to cover my dog staying. After I left, with no phone call to discuss, an extra $50 charge was taken. I called to the caravan park to see what this was for and was told there were paw prints on sheets and the windows and the $50 was to replace the sheets. I put my own blanket over the bed to protect it in case the dog got up, and I made sure the room was spotless and took photo as I was walking out the door. Ive since recieved a photo with 1 paw print on a sheet that (if mine) would have been easily cleanable. Lucky for me I know I left the room spotless, floors included and have photos of my own. Please note - The response below is full of lies as they know the photos were taken after my car was packed and I was leaving to prove the room was left in an immaculate state, as being a person who travels with pets, I am well aware of managers who take advantage of people. They sent me a photo of one sheet with one paw print, which is clearly not washed.
