It was a comfy bed, but in need of an update of furnishings, air con was old took us 25minutes to work out how it worked, over all it was a good sleep and that's all we needed.id say value for money nope should only be $85 a night then I'd be paying for what Its worth
For a low budget option this Motor Inn is very well priced, right next to river walks and close to shops. Very clean rooms and no traffic noise...perfect :)

Great place to stay in Forbes. Friendy Manager. Rooms clean and quiet.
Stayed here recently and must have gotten the management on a bad day. Poor attitude, and when asked for an extra towel, said that there was only two of us, so we only needed two towels. We borrowed a towel from a relative in town instead. The only benefit is location, but there are other options nearby and I recommend looking at those instead. Stayed here before in 2017.....but never again. I'll go somewhere that appreciates our business.
